I use shortcut keys for some of my quick templates. The key is starting
from the Editor to see the correct tree structure in the Shortcut
Editor.

>From the Editor try View | Edit Shortcuts | Expand Main Menu | Expand
Utilities | Expand Insert Quick Template | Select Quick Template and
enter your short cut keys.

or

>From the Editor try Alt+F12 | Expand Main Menu | Expand Utilities |
Expand Insert Quick Template | Select Quick Template and enter your
short cut keys.
