In the course of reconfiguring my AV setup, I noticed that the AV setup dialog box under Options/Preferences/Protection/Anti-Virus lists a "generic DLL plug-in" and reports its status as "error." On the next line is listed my NOD32 BAV, which reports a status of "OK."
