I'm affraid you're not really very specific on what you want to achieve.
Is it simply having their name in a reply? Such as:
"Hello Joe Bloggs, you ...... Lotus Notes User" or something similar?
In that case, would it help to make a specific reply template for that user
in the AB and make it active?
