I do have a template for reply and at the top it has Hello %0FromFName. I changed this to just Hello and tried replying to a message. Didn't make a difference other than to remove the name following Hello. But I don't think this is what you mean by folder template and thus my confusion. J>> Or am I completely missing the point? I suppose you are correct. The mailer I was using before gave the option of choosing where to reply to when reply was clicked.
