You're ahead of time, I guess we'll have a hard stand helping you. We

Because you did something wrong? What actions are you taking to
"Reply"? The Bat! has more than one way to reply, I suspect you using
a special one, but I'd like to first hear from you what you're doing
exactly for not influencing your answer.

1.) Whose font? Your systems? Leave it intact, don't change it :)

That's only _potentially_ possible with HTML formatted mails, which
the TB! version you're using does not offer to create.
And even _if_ you'd send a HTML formatted you still could not
_enforce_ a special font being used, only "recommend".
So as HTML is bloat when used in e-mail and the result is,
technically, unpredictable there is no need for you to change the
font :-)
- Font used in your editor when creating the mail, only for you
wanting to look the text nicer? "Options" / "Editor Preferences" /
"Display" -> "Font".
But you can only choose from a list of fixed fonts, that's how
TB! works (yet).

If you think about 'stationary' as 'HTML template used for new mail'
than: yes, you can't.
If you think about 'stationary' as 'template in general, even without
HTML crap', than: no, you're wrong. The template system in TB! is one
of the best.

You can't make a 'macro', they're fixed. Macros are the "commands"
that let you access several fixed and variable values and therefore
build dynamic templates.
Open "Account" / "Properties" / "Templates" / "New".
Delete everything in the text field on the right, click "OK".
Reopen the "New" template, the default template should be shown.
%Cursor is where the cursor is placed when creating a new message,
%TOFName is replaces by the recipients first name automatically;
%FromFName by your first name (as given in account information) and so
on.
Click the 'Macro' button at bottom to see a list of (some) available
macros and a short description about they meaning beneath the macro
names.
Change the template to fit your need, I'd suggest small steps and
'Trial and Error' to see results of your changes.
If you have any concrete questions, e.g. "I want a new message to look
this and this and the recipients shoe size automatically entered
<here>" simply ask back here, describing your problem as much detailed
and specific as possible.
