Since you've got another program claiming that association there are
two possible solutions.
Tell TB to forget about .eml as associated extension, TB doesn't need
that to function correctly
Or find out what program causes the problems. Export a message as
.eml, make sure that TB doesn't associate with the extension and
open the file from the explorer. Now you know what program associates
with .eml and maybe find a way to cure that behaviour.
