Dear all I would like to know can we figure out a person whether is online or not through anyway?? is that the person have to got a fixed IP?? can anyone shed some lights on this matters?? sorry moderator, I know it should be posted to TBOT but that forum is kinda quiet, so would like to try my luck here :) coz is kinda urgent to me, u could announced it "dead horse" if u find it inappropriate
