That's right, a Fwd: is replaced with a leading :.  OSubj is
apparently supposed to help in writing a clean subject qt.  Since it's
only semi-documented, I avoid it - I write my own clean subject macro
with the full subject.

In general, OSubj shouldn't be used directly.  Use it only in a QT, as
in: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/Library.html#clean+subject
