You can't. TB inserts '-- ' and PGP escapes it with another '- ' after
you've finished your message.

A recipient using TB can use regexp to recognize the mangled signature
when quoting the message. I've even been lead to believe that some
clients recognize '- -- ' as a valid signature delimiter.

But apart from not using PGP there's nothing you can do with TB, since
PGP is the last to handle the message.
