I should add the default is "Microsoft Enhanced Cryptographic Provider
v1.0" with many other choices.

After looking at Options | S/MIME | selecting Microsoft CryptoAPI I can
choose "Microsoft Enhanced Cryptographic Provider v1.0" with RC2 and
SHA-1 as the Encryption algorithm & Signing has algorithm, respectively.

Looks like the above is the way to go if I want to use the key for both
Outlook & TB. I don't think I want to use Outlook, but it does give me
the potential. I'll give it a try and let you know.
