Hello TBUDL, I have been about to go crazy. I added a new alternative to a filter and now have 25 alternatives under the Alternative tab of that particular filter.
I ran some tests, and the fitler refused to catch. Moving it to first position, or deleting and re-creating it, didn't help. I copied the email address which is the trigger (in "Kludges") by c&p in order to avoid any typing mistakes. The filter just doesn't catch. It does catch on addresses that are higher in the list of alternatives, though. I then created a completely new filter just with this one email address in "Kludges". Now it works, the messages was moved to the appropriate folder. I have tried many things, but my only explanation is that the number of alternative triggers is limited, and 25 is above it. Can somebody kindly try to replicate? - I am using a beta version, but since the Sorting Office has not been touched in the current beta series (at least not up to beta/5, which I am using), I don't think this is a beta issue. -- Cheers, Thomas.
