this isn't really annoying, but I don't understand why the ticker keeps changing size. I like it covering about 1/3 of the bottom of my desktop, so I can have other windows open all the way to the bottom, and the ticker won't interfere with them. Every so often the ticker will open up full-screen width. I grab it and change it back. I am running XP home edition, fully patched. I don't think this is a beta problem, it has always happened to me...
