Actually it basically does the same that Alt+Ctrl keys hit together and
the main use is to have 3 characters available on many keys. Take for
example the 2 or E keys on a Spanish keyboard:
2 = 2
Shift+2 = "
AltGr+2 = @
E = e
Shift+E = E
AltGR+E = �
