Yes and no. I receive 100-200 mails a day, most of them from mailing
lists, and while I don't apprecaite full quotes, I don't want to have
to go up the thread to know what the reply was all about. I have seen
postings that just contained one word: "No." So that is what I call
"under-quoting". On the other hand, I might have been making fun of
you. ;-)
