TB's filtering system for some reason does not have an option "don't
move", or "leave in source folder". While I hope this is being fixed,
this is what will happen if you what to colour code existing messages:

1.) Activate the folder in which they are.
2.) Go to Folder / Re-Filter

The mails will be colour-coded, but are moved back to Inbox. so,
activate the Inbox.

4.) Go to Folder / Re-filter (in your Inbox)

The mails are now back where they belong, provided they were moved
there by a filter in the first place. If they were moved manually,
this won't work.
