This is because the plug-in strips trailing spaces before signing
accordingly to recommendations - because some MTAs/MUAs may strip then
from the signed content making the signature invalid. When you do it
using PGPTray, TB! does not know that you are pasting some secure
material :-)
Anyway, using PGP/MIME is recommended to avoid many problems (however,
some other problems are expected, it's no surprise :-))
