I've been using The Bat with very few problems for years now and then today my machine crashed. When I restarted it all the subfolders have vanished. They're still in the directory structure on my hard drive and have the appropriate files in them they just don't show up at all in The Bat.
For example under Inbox I had folders for various categories and I can't see them at all now. I've reinstalled The Bat, but no joy. I do have a backup from last Monday, but am loath to restore it as I'd then lose all the e-mails I have received and dealt with over the past week. Any help would be MASSIVELY appreciated.
