You don't need to. Norton scans email at the port level, so does it irrespective of the client email settings. If you send or receive mail and AntiVirus is enabled to scan mail, you will see the scan window appear. Older versions of AntiVirus required you to use AntiVirus as an email proxy, but not any longer.
