If the images are included with the message they will be displayed. If not, TB! will 
not load them as they are located on a web server.

If you save the attachment and then open it in your web browser the images will be 
displayed because the browser loads them from the remote location. TB! doesn't do this 
because anything not included in the message may include unsafe content.
