We all know that if I have a friend "John Smith
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>" in my address book, creating a template to say
"Hello John Smith" at the beginning of email is very easy.

But, think about the following case:

John Smith himself didn't input his full name on his computer. So when
I receive a mail from him, the "sender" field only shows
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]". The bad thing is, when i reply, the template
says:

  Hello jsmith,

This does look very weird.

So, is it possible to setup a template to "always look up the sender's
email address in my local addrbook, then use his full name"? If this
can be done, my reply will always be "Hello John Smith" instead of
"Hello jsmith", no matter what the incoming msg uses.

Thanks for any advice.
