Hello Bats!, In a previous post I told of having to reformat my hard drive and upon reinstallation of The Bat! I noticed a problem with the log files on each account. Thanks to the many knowledgeable people on this list, that problem was nicely resolved. Now I am faced with another problem probably related to the reformat/reinstallation. I've noticed that whenever the server is holding *more* than 100 messages, The Bat! will fetch up to message 100 where it then stalls. The message center says it is deleting message 100. Finally after many seconds of apparent inactivity, the message center closes, fetching no more messages. From the Web I can go to the server and will find that all messages are still there. Any subsequent fetch the message center will say I still have the original number of messages and proceed to fetch them all over again. And once again, it will stall at message 100 never deleting any of the messages from the server.
If I go on the Web to the server and delete enough messages to get the count below 100, The Bat! then does the fetch with no stalling and deletes the messages from the server as it is supposed to. Anyone care to hazard a guess as to what the problem might be? -- Best regards, Jack LaRosa mail to:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Alabama, USA Message created 9:35:48 PM (GMT-6) on Monday, August 18, 2003 ================================================================= Using The Bat! ver. 1.61 (reg) under Windows 98 ver.4.10 build 2222 Service Pack A ================================================================= ________________________________________________ Current version is 1.62r | "Using TBUDL" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
