Press Ctrl+Right (or Ctrl+Alt+Right) key to move to the next unread
message in a thread.

AFAIK, this isn't possible. I must admit I wanted to use the mouse all
the time when first using The Bat! and would have liked this feature.
However, I have come to prefer the keyboard shortcuts and find that I
can move around much quicker using them.
