The best way to "retro-update" folders is to use the third step of
Synchronise function instead of Restore. This way, messages will be
checked by MessageID before entering the message base. (In the Restore
function, messages are checked by their base unique IDs which helps to
restore message base in the way it was before - newer messages must
not be rewritten anyway, Anne)
