I have the same problem. The plug-in seems to be installed correctly, initial learning went okay. And then, nothing. I had expected to see a header with a score or something. But it is not there. I did find the 'Special->Mark as Junk', 'Special->Mark as NOT Junk' commands but while it does report success, I see no other change of behaviour. I guess the plug-in is not yet ready for general use and I am about to unload it.
