Well, it is a setting within PGP itself, rather than within TB. TB
is using calls to PGP to do all sign, verify, encrypt and decrypt
operations. PGP is obeying its own configuration settings when
called upon to do these things.

If changing the OpenPGP settings from within TB hasn't sorted out
the problem for you then you should use the configuration utility
from within the PGP implementation you are using.
