Can someone please point me in the right direction and/or tbn> give me some simple steps on how to do this? I'm not overly experienced tbn> with templates or macros. Thanks. I also use many different e-mail address. Lets me monitor and sort my mail easier. I created a quick template "from" so I can type "from" and ctrl-space in any reply to reset my "from" address. You could also just add the whole thing to a reply template if you wish. I use: %from="Jerry whatever you want to show <%otoaddr>" I also have my accounts set up with no "reply-to" settings so I don't need to set that also. Sometime I filter all relevant e-mails to a certain folder. I then set the "identity" tab in folder properties to the address I want to use when replying from that folder. That works easier for messages that can be always categorized like that.
