Don't be surprised if I tell you it's the ... <drumroll> ...  Menu Navigator. :-)

If you know there is a command somewhere in TB but you don't know in
which menu this was - for example you want to edit your shortcuts but
cannot remember that the option is under the View menu - the menu
navigator is a helpfull tool. It finds menu items in TB's menues.

I like it a lot.
