Hmm. I tried numerous things the past couple of days - I've set the mailbox's properties so that the message is moved to a certain trash folder instead of just "normally" deleted, I've set it to default deletion, I've deleted messages from folders and sub-folders. When a message has been made a certain color group by a filter, 9 out of 10 times (or so) it won't retain it's color group when being deleted. Needless to say, this did not happen when I used 1.xx.
