You may have seen that I replied to Roel that I basically do the same.
So, I will explain my solution.

Consider three newsgroups or, in general, 3 addresses: A, B and C. And
three folder FolderA, FolderB and FolderC where you what to sort
messages respectively. Obviously, if a message has been sent to A and B
you want to sort a copy to FolderA and FoldrB. This is my set up:

Filter A: IF A is in Recipient
             Move from Inbox to Inbox
Copy to Folder A (Set in Actions tab)
Continue processing with other filters (Set in Options)
Filter B: IF B is in Recipient
             Move from Inbox to Inbox
             Copy to Folder B
          Continue processing with other filters
Filter C: IF C is in Recipient
             Move from Inbox to Inbox
             Copy to Folder C
          Continue processing with other filters
Delete ABC: If A or B or C in Recipient (use Alternatives tab)
Delete the message (set in Actions tab).

Hope that is what you were asking for.
