What I like best is a dummy account, I called mine 'archief', where I store messages. I move those messages manually to that account. I'm using a (sub)folder structure to store my messages: main folders per subject with sub folders per period of time. The tools TB offers to search for a given message are sufficient for me. My archive account is back-upped with my normal back-up schedule. As far as HD-space is concerned, it's cheap and very accessible. -- Groetjes, Roelof ________________________________________________ Current version is 2.00 | "Using TBUDL" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
