Every folder in TB uses its own separate database, with a .TBB file
to store the messages in that folder and a .TBI file to index them.

Each TB account opens a folder tree in a separate disk directory.
Even more separation. Each account has separate configuration and
content control files. The separation you seek is already there and
you need look no further.
