More info:

If I put in:

%TO='"%TONAME ved %ABTOCompany" <%TOADDR>" it works but not if I put in
%TO='' before that - to delete the normal mass mailing fields of "Name
<Address>".

I know this is a mass mailing, but is there no way to extract and use
the fields for the address book?
