It has no point. It's probably a mutilated message that's gotten to
you or a fragment that was garbled up and sent further as an
independent message, while the good fragment was resent and
incorporated into the real message. Another possibility would be that
is was inserted to hotmail account during some disk maintenance. (or
created due to a disk error) What pleads for the disk-options is the
fact that the message didn't have a message-id, when a message lacks a
proper id, the first mta should insert a proper message-id...
