I copied the autogenerated email just fine... are you sure that was all you got, and didn't get some extra data like a break character? The To field is gray, but still selectable... that's the design of the form... you are using the right side of the | in the To box, and not the left? > I could do it in Agent however Maybe Agent is ignoring certain characters?
