Pacific Northwest tribes such as Nootka, Klikitat, Kwakiutl, Haida,
all show descriptions of bearded tribesfolk on first-contact.

I imagine I've just scratched the surface as all I've done is searched
the web.
Then there are the genetic relationships. What we know for sure shows
relationships with Asian groups, who also have in general less facial
hair than Europeans, but can grow beards. If Kennewick man is related
to the ancestors of the Ainu, he probably had a beard.
