JFW is an abbreviation for jaws for windows. It is a screen reader that verbalizes the contentsof a computer screen. See http://www.freedomscientific.com for more information. At this point, I am still evaluating TheBat. My primary email client is still Eudora.
What do you mean by a Cut line?
