What's to avoid? AB templates are *the* solution. Especially when you can put all of your lists in a group and write templates for the "Lists" group and have them apply to all lists you write to! I actually have two groups - signed and unsigned. I use fields in the address book to provide triggers or even QT names to invoke special effects (list my Moderator signature below and the TB version line).
