I just tried it and TB's editor will mark everthing from the cursor to the end of the message - including the sig - if I hit shift-crtl-end. So this doesn't help you, unless you want to re-insert your sig by way of quick template. The other around is to mark everything you want to quote in the original message and then hit F4.
