If you use a Folder Template and you have a particular folder selected, which has a Folder Template associated with it, you can inadvertently send a new message to the wrong person/group. While I am sure most of us check that we have the right address at the top of a new email, there are always those times when we forget. As Marck said, the use of Address Book templates, rather than Folder Templates, are a much safer method. But if you REALLY want to include the following (as supplied by Marck) to the Folder Template. March correct me if I am wrong here, but I understand that it needs to be added at the top of the template screen before anything else. %IF:'%TOADDR'='':"%TO="[EMAIL PROTECTED]"' -- Regards Robyn Winter ======================================================================== This e-mail message and accompanying data may contain information that is confidential and subject to privilege.
