In Options|Preferences|General, I have checked 'Display MenuNavigator Button on the Caption Bar' yet I do not see the MenuNavigator Button. Once upon a time, it was visible, but I accidentally got rid of it. Where is it hiding? Maybe I have hidden the entire Caption Bar, since I am not sure what the Caption Bar is or where it is supposed to appear.
