Yes. A custom template for that recipient that uses a real "top
post" format. Usually a top post (what you are describing) does
*not* use quote prefixing and instead quotes the entire original
message below the signature in a format like this:

------------- Original message -------------
From: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
date: (whenever)
Subject: blah

blah blah blah blah
blah blah blah blah
blah blah blah blah
blah blah blah blah
------------- End message -------------

This is how you should do it. Also, you should *not* use a cut mark
in such circumstances.

You would achieve this format with a template like this:

Dear %TOFNAME,

%Cursor

%QINCLUDE="MySig"%-
------------- Original message -------------
From: %ofromaddr
date: %odate
Subject: %osubj

%text
------------- End message -------------
