Oh Dear! I'm on my mail-server's web interface ... v2.01 has crashed out on me.
I get the splash screen up for 1 second, it disappears, and no bat!! I have v2.00 & v2.00.06 exe's still on my system and trying to run them produces the same result. v2.01 was working fine for about 18hrs, and I haven't made any config changes to make this happen, just refining my IMAP account ...
