I find it handy to have the little notepad right there within the program for various annotations -- handier than swapping out to another program. I also have it configured to send out some birthday greetings automatically, just in case I forget -- but that's about it. I don't use it too heavily. I'd be bothered if TB became a fully-bl[own/oated] PIM like Outlook -- however, I donn't mind the presence of SmartBat.
