Hi Mogens, Their are a number of reasons for not using your inbox as a storage area, but there is one very functional , typical TB! one. All your msgs first arrive in your inbox and are the filed according to filters you setup. As a result your inbox file will always be very fragmented and needs purging and compressing often. As you can see from the above description this is not a very safe place to keep msgs you want to preserve. Since this is not the ase in any other (sub)folder the answer is yes, you can use subfolders to the inbox. Now for the nitty gritty, your cutmark doesn't work. t needs to be dash-dash-space-return. Or you could use the %CutHere macro from Andrew Perevodchik plugin. http://en.barin.com.ua/soft/mymacros/ I think this is a macro that should be standard in TB! considering how often it needs explaining here in the group. -- Best regards, Gerard -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Universal Laws of Golf: Every par-three hole in the world has a secret desire to humiliate golfers.
