I suppose they removed it.
The intpack of 6 Feb 03 contained a French interface (and two
Serbian), but the latest intpack didn't.

Since the software is changing, the strings for the interface are
changing too. As the foreign interface are maintained by volunteers,
it's possible that Ritlabs only keeps those interfaces that are still
being maintained.
