The PGP site is the *best* place to get "official" PGP. :-) If you install any of the "official" PGP builds, there's no need for a third party plug-in...just to to "Tools/OpenPGP/Choose OpenPGP Version...", and assuming that you've installed the latest PGP version (8.x), choose "PGP 5,6,7,8".
