That's correct. If you're able to do this then it makes for a very clean
and trouble free transfer. Otherwise using TB!'s backup and restore on
the new system works quite well when the system setups are different.

Actually you would if your account directories are located in the
default location and you wish to install in the same directory on the
new system, i.e., C:\Program Files\The Bat!.
