Depends on whom you ask, when you ask, sunspots, phase of the moon, etc. I *always* keep attachments in separate folders. I've had too many problems over the years with corrupted message base files. They aren't frequent, but they're disastrous when they occur. And trying to parse the database files with a hex editor is *much* easier if you're looking at straight text without binary attachments getting in the way. But, other folks have other opinions and have had different experiences. -- -Mark Wieder Using The Bat! v1.63 Beta/7 on Windows 2000 5.0 Build 2195 Service Pack 4 ________________________________________________ Current version is 2.01.3 | "Using TBUDL" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
