I confirm I have many of those as well.

I would like to know why they are there in the first place. TB
downloads the messages into the temp folder folder, and then imports
them and deletes the tmp files. If there is a problem, the mails will
not be deleted from the temp folder, but stay there as bat????.tmp
files for debugging purposes. But why are there so many, and why do
they have zero size? It's puzzling.
