Gerard- I would get the "could not export message" error on a client-server system where TB running as a server didn't have read access to the machine holding the document. If you're running on a single computer then I'm stumped. Have you tried moving the document to a different folder and attaching it? Do you have different user accounts on your computer? Are you logged in to windows as an administrator?
